All messages from my Gmail account are very slow to load. Running a very fast windows 8 machine and version 5.x.

Checking the download messages box didn’t seem to help in the 1st 1.5 hours I tried. The dots run across from left to right with each new message for a minute or two before the message loads.

What version are you using? I need to know the exact number e.g. 5.17944. Thank you.

try this version http://www.emclient.com/dist/v5.0.190… but core of this issue can be in something else than in eM Client.

Anyway try this version and then write here if it did help.
