All mail going to trash

All our mail is going to the trash folders in both accounts how can I stop this

All our mail is going to the trash folders in both accounts how can I stop this.

Could be you have inadvertently added your account domain address’s “with a rule” to automatically move emails to the Trash folder, or you might have setup your domains in the Blacklist.

So first go to “Menu / Rules” and if there is any custom rules in there “apart from the basic POP Spam filter” at the top, you can dbl-click any other rules to view them.

If there is no custom rules setup in there sending your account emails to the trash folder, then go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Blacklist & Whitelist” and click “Manage Blacklist” at the bottom to see if there is anything setup in there to move your account emails to the Trash.

Apart from that you may have possibly setup a mail filter “in your mailbox online” to automatically move account email to the Trash. So check online in your webmail filters just incase.
