all good, except it keeps trying to send a file which was too big and which is no longer in the out box

hi, programme keeps telling me there is an error trying to send a file which is too big, and which is no longer in the out box!

Hello Robin,

Could you please make sure that you can see Smart folders (go to Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> General - ‘Show Smart folders’) and then check if you can see Outbox there in the left pane? Are there any messages?
