I was transferring files from one folder to another when I got an error message. eMClient shut down on its own. When it restrarted it did a check on the files and said the database was corrupted. To contact help at eMClient for assistance.
I tried to restart and now I have a blank, brand new account and all of my emails have disappeared. I tried setting up again, using my email address in the hopes it would sync. Nothing doing.
I have the majority of my email stored locally, but I do not know how to get that file to connect to what appears to be a ‘brand new’ account. Any help appreciated.
Would also like to retrieve all the email that was still on your server.
