All e-mails are gone? How to restore from AppData folder?

Please can someone from the eM Team look into this and give me a hint? Maybe Russel?

Just a guess, could it be a permissions issue?  Navigate to the database directory, right click on the directory and make sure you have the appropriate permissions for your login.

Just as Gary said, try checking the folder permissions. If the database is accessible but eM Client doesn’t load it, it is the only reason I can think of.
