Hi my boss’s email is [email protected]. I want my sent messages to appear [email protected] because I could do that in the insurance’s webmail. in em client I put the the alias [email protected] and then I tried sending an email to [email protected] using my gmail but it keeps on giving me this error.

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

[email protected]

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain us.aflac.com by mail2.us.aflac.com. [209.37.4.39].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 Recipient address rejected: User unknown

Hello,

Can I ask you if you have set your alias in eM Client only or if oyu have it set on server too.
Creating alias only in eM Client is not enough, it has to be set on server too.

So please check this and if you already has set up your alias on server then please check if it is set right.
