AirSync failed due to error: AlreadyExists (2)

Hello, I’m getting the following error message for my account.
Despite the error message, things seem to be working ok as far as I can tell.
I’ve replaced my actual email address with [email address] in the message.

[email address]: An error occured
[AirSync] Rename of [email address]/Work/ failed due to error: AlreadyExists (2).

What should I do?


Hi, is this an email folder or calendar folder issue?
What version of eM Client are you using?

I assume it’s referring to a calender (I do have a calendar called ‘work’)
It’s eM Client 6.0.20154.0

Did you try to rename a calendar folder or change the color of a calendar folder?

The name of the calender is what I set it to on I don’t think I would have tried to rename it within eM Client.

I may have tried to change the colour of the folder within eM Client, but I don’t know for sure.

Hi, unfortunately this error comes up when one of these things is done, and unfortunately we can’t stop the error from popping up at the moment, you can go to Tools > Settings and disable error messages from showing.

We’d like to change this behavior in future releases.
