After update to the new version

After I have updated my em client, it is not working at all. I have tried to reinstall it again, but I could not get it to start. When I tried to reinstall it upon completion, I got a message saying that “There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.”

i assume you are using version 8 and have used the file emclient-v8.0.2951.msi

If you run emclient-v8.0.2951.msi:

Can you “fix”?
If not:

Can you “Remove”
If not, I don’t know what to do.
If yes:

Execute “Remove”. Restart the PC. Try to install again.
