After the last update (6.0) my folders are gone! and I had many, can solve this problem?

Messages and rules are all OK, the messages do not appear for me, I believe that is being sent to somewhere that does not appear in the client.

I believe version 6.0.19723.0 should have solved this issue.

Which version of eM Client do you have?

Yes, this version http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.197… should help you , but can you tell me if your issue is related to Gmail’s POP3 account?

I was using a previous version to this. Yes I use Gmail account POP3. After updated as guidelines solved my problem :slight_smile:
