After updating to v6.0.24144.0 about two weeks ago, I am no longer able to view the body of any emails sent from Zendesk. These are the only emails that I’ve noticed the problem on and it started happening immediately after applying the update.
could you re-send an EML file with this issue to me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can try to figure out where the issue could be?

Note** - I have another confirmed case of this same thing. Different computer, same update applied, same behavior for Zendesk emails and they also appear to be the only ones affected.
we replicated the issue with the file you provided and are looking into this.
