Adjusting spacing under bullet point lists

I have a user at my organisation who is having issues with how emails are displayed.
When they make a bullet point list and finish the list, they will hit enter to drop down another line and then start writing normally. This looks normal to them, but when they get a reply, they can see that the person who received the email, didn’t get that break under the bullet point list and the text is hard up against the bottom of the bullet point list.

I experimented by sending the email to my own gmail address and what was strange was that on desktop, the behaviour is normal, but on mobile I got the bunching issue.

Is this something that can work with emclient or is it down to the email providers just interpreting the html wrong or stripping formatting on read?

Can you post here a message with such issue (as EML file) do we can diagnose it?

Hi Michael, thanks for responding. My apologies for not getting to this sooner, it’s one of many fires I’m tasked with putting out at work. I have asked the person to save the eml files, I will reply here when they get back to me.
