Address Book is blank for a Shared Contacts folder

I have an exchange account with shared mailboxes. The shared mailboxes have their own Contacts folder. Going through the Contacts tab I can see all of the contacts for that shared mailbox. When I compose a new e-mail and select “To”, the address book opens and when I select the Shared Mailbox’s Contacts, it’s blank. Searching while having the shared Contact folder doesn’t change anything.

The Offline Global Addresses work fine and contacts directly in my exchange account are fine too.
