Added mobile app, now computer emc won't work

i added the mobile app to my phone. Since about a day or 2-3, my main emC only gives a needs Authentication message. I have gone thru the diagnostics, email, password, turning off vpn and firewalls…all with no effect. Can I not have the mobile and the computer version at the same time? I have asked for help here with only 1 response that did not work. Please, I need to get this fixed. HELP!
