Add a stubborn word to the user dictionary?

I’ve got a stubborn word for which even after I right-click and select, “Add to dictionary” continues to be highlighted as misspelled. Is there any way to manually add this word to the user dictionary?

Or otherwise force eM Client to recognize it?

Hello,
I have tested it right now and it works OK for me. Could you please open your database folder to see, if there is a file with the extension “custdic”? Open it in notepad and type the stubborn word on a new line. Hope it helps.

Woo-hoo! That did the trick (once I figured out my “database folder” was in my Application Data directory and not in the program’s installation directory!) Thanks, George.
