I decided to reinstall Windows 10 on two of my three computers for which I have a license for EMClient. I forgot to deactivate before reinstalling and now it complains that I have reached the maximum amount of activations but it is still the same computers. Can I solve the problem on my end or do someone at EMClient has to do something?
I thought that owners of a Pro-License have access to “pro”-Support?
