em client ver 3 running on winxp home sp3; emclient crashes when the print key is activated to print a particular email. no other installed program on machine has that problem. emclient worked fine for the past several weeks. nothing new installed or changed on computer and problem surfaced unexpectedly. repair option on em client does not solve problem. remove and reinstall emclient does not solve problem. restore registry to known good date does not solve problem. Thoughts or possible solutions would be appreciated. Hate to switch to another email program as I like emclient’s functions very much…

does eM Client give you any error message after activating ctrl+p ? If it does could you paste here error message?
The best would be if you send us email which causes crash as *.eml file to [email protected].
