Activation Key required

Michael has a problem with activating/re-opening his account/emails.
email address is mgab@dodo.com.au . the message appearing is in a small window it states-To continue to use eM Client you need to enter activation key…
My Activation key ,is in one of my first emails, which i can not access. ( Delete or Edit) .

Hello this problem was present in our licensing system for some particular users, but it should be solved since yesterday. Is it still happening now?
