Activation Key expires at day of receiving the key instead of a year later

I have received an activation key but after filling it in in eM client it says that it expires at the day I received the key and not a year later as stated in the email so I am not able to use the software anymore. What can I do to solve this? Thanks in advance. Floris

Hi, can you send me an email to [email protected] with the license key you’ve received or the email address under you’ve registered the license?
Or both…
