For the last few days I have been unable to activate an eM Client app on a new macbook. I have a licence (Pro - Business) for 2 devices and both devices are now not working - I deliberately deactivated the app on my Windows machine to test whether it was it was a server side problem rather than bad install on the macbook.
When I attempt to activate the licence on either of the clients the activation button responds for one or two seconds with no result but when I check the Licence Manager online they are both identified and registered as active. I have tried de-activating/reactivating within the online licence manager and also reinstalling the apps but with no luck. I am no longer within a support period so not sure how to resolve the issue.
I have used eM Client since December 2016 (v.8) and upgraded to v.10 along the way and have had no issues before when migrating between PC’s but this has got me stumped. Any thoughts or ideas anyone?
