Can someone tell me please how to act when I want a confirmation that the recipient read the mail. Thanks so much!
I did this and it worked fine.
Create an email as normal and then select “Read Receipt” from the drop-down on the top RHS of the new email page.
You could make life easier by selecting “Customise” from the sam drop-down and drag the “Read Receipt” icon across to the new mail action bar for convenience.
nb you will only get a read receipt if the recipient agrees to acknowledge it.
