account not appearing

I added an exchange account but after filling in all the inlogdata and pushing “ok” it does not appear next to the other accounts. There is no error reported either.

It will only appear once it has connected for the first time. Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and make sure you have used the email address for the user id, as that can be an issue. Also, go to Menu > Tools > Operations and look for any errors in the Log tab.

Another thing to consider is if you are using a Free License you can only install 2 email accounts. Any additional accounts will not show in the Mail section.
