Account forgotten/not recognized/disposed (Client empty), how to recover it?

Hi,

I was happily using the eM Client, but today after start-up, it appeared completely empty!

All the e-mails, configuration, calendar, and contacts are “gone”.

I looked into the folder and it seems that the data is still there, but I cannot find a way to tell the eM Client to use this folder:

In the configuration, the “database folder” is already set to the directory (exept from this subfolder that looks like a hashed-name?):

As the last back-up was some time ago, I really need to get back my e-mails by using this data!

Please tell me how to do so.

edit:
I found a hint in the file /Logs/WM Tracing … .log:

…I’m a bit worried about the line that says “Disposing accounts” and “Uninitialize”.
Is it possible that my account was accidentally disposed?

How to restore it?

Please help …!?

Someone from eM team maybe knows?

I’m with the same problem!!! Please help.

Usually when it can’t access the database but it is in the correct location, it is because eM Client does not have appropriate permissions.  Are you the local administrator of your machine, or does an IT department handle it?  Did something change?
