Good morning, I am presently trying eM Clinet, nice program, and I would like to swap from Outlook. I have one problem though: One of my accounts does not work. I have tried all options, I even confirmed IMAP and SMTP ports to be OK with the provider. My other email clients hook up to this account under identical info with no problem, but eM doesn’t. It reports “no connection”, “no authentication”, or what ever else. Any recommendations what I could do? I already spent hours on this. If no options, I cannot swap to eM. Thanks, Christian Gnass
which account does this happen for? Can you screenshot the error or copy the Operation > Log contents for me when you try to connect this account?
