Account connection failure

I’m constantly getting “cannot connect to server errors” on one of my accounts. I’ve deleted the account and remade it, verified the settings, and sent test messages from other accounts (they go out but don’t come back on the problem account). I can also log into the trouble account server without any problems using the same identification as the account setting in eM Client. Also, I’v checked and the ports match the server ports.

This is the log from a failed connection:
13:33:03 [IMAP] MailExceptions.ConnectionException: The handshake failed due to an unexpected packet format. —> System.IO.IOException: The handshake failed due to an unexpected packet format.
