I manage several email accounts, and their subfolders often have the same or similar names. I also use the “Move to Folder” feature every day. When I enter a keyword for a subfolder, the selection window often displays multiple accounts and their corresponding subfolder options. Is there a way to display only the subfolder structure of the account I’m currently working with when selecting a subfolder?
No currently you carnt limit the Move to Folder to a specific account or specific sub account folder. There is a current Sleekplan suggestion for that below you can vote for, and also make any comments you want in that suggestion.
