Account Activation

I have 2 email accounts on my EM Client. It shows that my second account is activated, but I am not receiving emails… what can I do?

Go to “Menu / Operations” and click on the “Log Tab”. Then see if you can find any errors “within the log” on the specific account that is not receiving email and then paste it in this thread.

Thank you - I had to turn off & unplug my computer, and when I powered back up this morning my emails showed up in eM Client. Fingers crossed that they will continue to do so.
