Accidentally Dragged Gmail folder into Inbox and now have two of everything

So occasionally, I click on my mailbox too quickly, and accidentally drag a folder into another. Usually I can delete the “extra” folder, but this time I seemed to have accidentally dragged the [Gmail] folder into inbox and now I have doubles of folder and can’t get rid of them. 

Any suggestions?

We would recommend using the Deduplication tool which you can find in Menu ->Tools -> Deduplicator
