My paid Personal emclient account is valid through nearly all of November. Originally I opened my paid emclient account with a secondary alias email that I was not allowed to change to my primary email. Recently there were hardware changes, and in the hardware transition I entered my primary email in the two new computers, still only two active computers, no problem there. So now I need to get back to my paid account, without losing emails received by the demo account email. Do I just remove the current emclient demo email address, then enter my correct email of registration and its valid registration code? I would first put all received emails in the demo account into Saved Folders? Is it correct that I do not need to remove and add back the software, rather only change the email of registration and add the activation code for that email?
My emclient personal 3-computer license is valid through nearly all of November.
How can I contact Emclient support to get this fixed?
Go to the VIP support page and login with your registered email address and password and lodge a support ticket for assistance with that.
When I put emclient software on a third computer, I accidentally used a different email from my paid license, an alias of the paid license, so I had a demo account on the third computer.
It shouldn’t make any difference what email account you have already setup in the eM Client installation. It’s all about the license you enter to then allow the full paid features of eM Client including more than two accounts etc.
So just go on the third computer (if you haven’t already) to “Menu / Help / License” and “deactivate it and then reactivate it” with your personal 3 device license & see if it then works.
If that won’t reactivate, then contact support via the VIP support page above.
