I can access my MS Live account, but it will not access my MS Outlook account. It keeps popping up with a little box telling me to enter my user name and/or password and both are correctly entered. What am I doing wrong?

are you sure the credentials are correct? Do you connect with them to the web interface of outlook? Do you use different setting for your keyboard maybe? Are there any additional errors or messages concerning the issue?

I have tried different configurations within the credentials and I still have no access to my outlook account. my google accounts work fine as does my MS Live account. My keyboard settings remain the same, and there are no additional error messages. This looks like a fantastic program, so I have not given up. I enjoy the problem solving.

I know that might seem as a trivial question, but if you sign in with your credentials at, for example, outlook.com, you can access your account just fine?
Do you use 2-step verification on this account?

Thank you for your quick reply. When I log into my outlook account using google chrome, I type in outlook.com, and the is where it sends me: https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=12&ct=1443785556&rver=6.4.6456.0&am… Once here, i can log in just fine. I’m not sure about about two step verification. Where do I check this?

Ok, I checked my verification settings and I removed the two step verification, But that did not work. After a little research I found out I needed to change my server setting to s.outlook.com.
