Access to account denied

Hello
I’m trying to access my License Manager account but my email address/password are not being accepted. It is not possible to contact EMClient because I need to log into my account. Changing password doesn’t work because I’m not receiveng the link. I’m not even getting it via my ISP server web access. What can I do, please?
