Accepted Google Calendar Events Inside Emails Do Not Add to Calendar

This has been an ongoing issue I cannot seem to resolve. When I receive Google Calendar Invites, they are reformatted by eM Client as shown in the screenshot below.

When I click the green “Accept” button, the invite is accepted and the formatting changes indicating I have accepted the invite, but for accounts outside my own they do not add to my calendar.

So for testing purposes, if I send an invite from one of my emails to another, the event is added to my calendar when I accept it. However, when accepting email calendar invites from those outside of those two personal emails, the events are not added to my calendar.

I have no clue what is going on here and am at a loss for how to troubleshoot this. Can someone help?

On a side note, if I click the unformatted “Yes” URL in the body of the google calendar email invite, then the link opens up in the appropriate Google Calendar browser window and accepts / adds to the calendar just fine regardless of the sender.
