a folder has just disappeared off my email account on the left of the email page. I had two folders titles Old Emails and New Emails and moved emails into whic then once read. The Old Email Folder is there along with several other folders but the New Email folder has just disappeared for no reason. It ha I certainly haven’t deleted it or done anything as I am not very computer savvy so dont mess with anything on my computer. Has anyone had this happen to them?

By any chance, is it possible that this folder was set as visible if unread emails are in? If it is this case, you will find it in the “more” sub-folder.
If you check the webmail, is the folder there?
