407 Authentication Error when opening E-mail

When trying to activate my free license on my computer I get the following error. Furthermore, on my other computer, whenever I open EM Client, it says 407 Authentication error and won’t load in any of my emails.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please contact me at hester@emclient.com with a link to this thread? We will send you a file that we’ll ask you to copy into the eM Client folder in C:\Program Files (x86) and it should solve this issue.
