4 gmail accounts, but only 2 are working.

I am in my trial period, so it shouldn’t be a license issue. Main account is set up for everything. 3 accounts are set up as POP. Only 1 of those is working.

Are you getting any error messages? Did you try the Diagnose/Fix button in the account settings?

No error messages and all ports check positive in connection. :slight_smile:

In that case send us your logs please: go to the menu Tools->Settings->Advanced->Logging and check “POP” under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.
