2nd+day+user,+all+messages+have+disappeared,+new+mail+will+not+show+up,+HELP,+clicking+send±+receive+causes+it+to+act+like+it+is+retrieving+mail+but+it+is+still+a+blank+screen.

Hello Donald, not quite sure what you’re referring to. What mail service are you using with eM Client and what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

Are you seeing any errors when trying to synchronise your account?

Are you using any security software on your computer, that may have disabled the application’s access to the mail server.
