Bought a 2 seat renewal licence. Using this requires the input of the old licence number, before inputting the new one. Upgraded my Windows installation sucessfully. Now over to my Mac, but after inputting old licence key, I get taken to a page to purchase a v8 licence. But I’ve already bought one!
I previoulsy ran the app succesfully on both windows and mac, but this licence now doesnt seem to work on Mac. Which means one of my licences is useless, and I cannot use the app on my Mac which is very annoying. Advice would be appreciated
Also, despite having bought 2 Pro licences I cant seem to log onto the Licence Manager as I am not a business user. So far, this is very disappointing
