ZARAFA Protocol violation

Hello

I want to use emclient with our zarafa-server. IMAP.

When i try to sync i got this this error message:

Is there a solution?

Hello,

can you send me IMAP logs? Tools - settings - advanced, check IMAP under your account, apply and restart eM Client.

then try to synchronize and after that send logs… to [email protected] together with this topic’s url.

after this you can turn logging off.
