unable to activate license

its not allowing us to activate license in my system.
if have license key but its asking that the computer is unable to re activate license

There are two reasons I can think of that would prevent you from activating the license:

  1. The Free License is already activated on another computer. You need to deactivate it on that computer before you can activate it on another one.

  2. The Free License has been cancelled because eM Client Inc suspect you of using it for business use.
