My email Client trash box doesn’t have any mail older than 7 days since after 7 days they are removed or deleted. What’s going on?
This could be because of a setting on your email server. Some providers like GMail clear the spam automatically after 30 days, but others allow you to specify the retention time for any folder. I set mine to clear the trash automatically after 1 week.
Another possibility is that another device connecting to the same account is doing this. Check you phone email app, and see if it is set to clear the trash.
