Start minimized when windows starts.

I’m new to eM Client and am using v. 5.0.xxxx with Win 8. Can I make it start with windows? Can I make it start minimized when windows starts?

Of course you can, simply add eM Client to Startup folder and it should work without any problems.

Thanks George. Put it in Startup so start with windows is accomplished. I am guessing that start minimized requires some changes in eM Client programming. It would be a nice addition.

You should be able to set “Start minimized” directly in the startup folder when you right click on the shortcut and open its properties.

I used to be able to do some of these things but my brain is like it was erased. Thanks George. I have it set now. With your help it was easy.

hi, Em client in my case, doesn’t start minimized. I chose Start minimized but every time i start windows, it apperas in full screen. Why? thanks

thank you for bringing up the issue, we tested it and replicated the problem on Windows 10, while on the older versions of Windows it still works. Or are you experiencing this problem on a different version?

thanks for the answer. I have this problem in more version of windows 10, but honestly, i don’t remember what happend in the previous windows, sorry. I’m on emClient 6.0.23421.0. Then my problem is a real problem or only mine?

The problem is with version 6 on Windows 10, we know about it, but unfortunately, since we have problems with higher priority at the moment, the solution might not be implemented in the nearest update. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
