Separating dates from other dates

Is there any way to put a separate line between each date? In other words today is 5-18-12 so it would have a black line running across separating it from 5-17-12 e-mail.

Sort the inbox by the received date, and then right-click on the Received column and select “Show in Groups”

Just re-installed emClient and need to separate the dates like I asked before. Can’t seem to get it to work. Can someone give me the steps in order to click on?
