Menu/Restore Grayed out. A backup file, both zip and un-zipped file exists in the location defined under Menu/Tools/Settings/General/Backup.
Any ideas?@
There shouldn’t be any unzipped files, but that doesn’t matter as eM Client won’t look at those files.
Maybe restart you computer, then try the restore again.
