Hello,

I am looking for a solution for when I reply to an email someone sends me that it would display the name of the person I am sending to in the opening body of my email using QuickText. 

I have several QuickTexts I use with correspondents and if it I could insert their name in the opening “Hello ,” it would save me from having to constantly retype hundreds of names over again every day.

If they added variables into Templates and Signatures, it could be even easier!  :wink:

Any idea if they plan to implement this? I respond to hundreds of unique emails every week and I respond with a quicktexts response of just “Hello,” instead of “Hello, *John Doe*”. Running a business it would be a lot more professional to use the latter! lol
