Receive and send e-mails

I have just opened my em client and it stays bolcked on “Synchronizing messages”. I dont receive any email and I cant do my work. What can I do?

Check that you have the correct server settings, as provided by your email provider, in your account setup.

Menu > Tools > Accounts

If you still have problems, let us know who your email provider is, if you are using IMAP/POP or Exchange, and maybe someone can give further assistance.

yes, I still have problems. I am using IMAP

the e-mail works ok, till now (yesterday), but now, in the morning suddenly it doesnt and remain blocked

Should I install em client again, or what?

It is not necessary to reinstall eM Client. You can just remove your account and then add it again.

I have the same issue, just began 2-3 days ago.

I have the same problem
only with gmail
on my mobile app it work perfect
but emclient still
syncing messages
remove and add won`t work
the other accounts works normal
