Problems retrieving emails - help pls

No emails have downloaded for over two weeks. I keep getting the message: An error occurred. Can’t retrieve POP3 message with reason: ‘-ERR [SYS/TEMP] problem retrieving message.’ I have Windows 7. The message seemed to appear following an EMClient update. Has anyone else had this and can it be resolved?

can you please check the Log tab when the error shows up again, it’s the third tab in the operations window that shows up, you could also turn on POP3 logging in Tools > Settings > Advanced > Logging and check the POP3 checkbox under the problematic account.

When the error shows again go back to the Advanced settings window and click on “Send Logs”, please add my email to copy of that email ([email protected]).

Also what email service are you using?
