Problem with Temporary files in User directory

Hi, whilst doing some housekeeping on my Dad’s PC, I noticed that the free space on his C drive had reduced significantly since I last worked on it. On investigation I found that it is eM Client creating new folders in the Appdata\Local\Temp\MailClient temporary files directory under his User name. There appears to be one for every time he has opened the software since it was installed back in December, and each one is somewhere between 2-3GB in size - so they are taking up a lot of space in total.

Having done a quick search on here and found a couple of hits, it seems that these folders should be removed when the software is closed, but it obviously isn’t doing this.
Any ideas as to why this would be the case? I assume I can just manually delete them all, but don;t want to have to keep doing that so need to find out why they aren’t being automatically removed when the client is closed.

Thanks,
James.
