I just installed eM version 4.0.5.15145.0. I’ve noticed when I read my incoming mail, many things that should appear, do not appear. For example, button controls are replaced with simple text. Other “click on” graphics are the same way - replaced with either simple text or the file name of a graphic. This is a brand new computer so I don’t suspect that I screwed up any settings. Running windows 7. Any ideas? I use Hotmail.
Open Settings - Read to see whether the option “Read all messages in plain text” is checked or not. Uncheck it and let me know if it helps. You can also send me a problematic message saved in .eml. Thank you.
