Some sub folders from Outlook 365 did not import. I’ve tried import direct pst file and import outlook specific folders (no folders appear). I’m missing hundreds of client emails in these few subfolders. Please advise.
I found the problem. They were not removing from the server. I deleted the folders from the main email server and the folders in eM were then able to be deleted.
I guess this is an update to your other question. 
Are these folders not imported to Local Folders. If they are not visible, go to Menu > Tools > Settings > General, and select to Show Local Folders.
Yeah, but i was able to resolve this by creating specific pst files for each subfolder and importing them that way.
