You are probably aware of the recent research paper “Efail” that warned about a set of vulnerabilities affecting users of email encryption with PGP and S/MIME technologies.
We are happy to inform you that eM Client passed this test without being affected by the most dangerous Efail vulnerabilities. However, we released an update that closes all minor exfiltration channels so your encrypted communication is 100% safe.
