my em client is 100% syncing

I have the latest emclient build and it ALWAYS syncing messages and folders.

I’m sure this is not necessary?

can i change the sync frequency?

Do you use IMAP or POP protocol?

we use IMAP where possible to ensure accounts / devices are kept in sync

If your server uses IDLE connection you cannot change the sync frequency in eM Client.
